Join us for a very special workshop where you'll discover the fundamentals of flamenco dance. We’ll dance barefoot, embracing our nomadic spirits and celebrating the joy of movement. No prior experience is necessary!

During this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of flamenco, focusing on proper posture, rhythm, and coordination, while above all, savoring the sheer joy of dancing.

All levels are welcome to this Workshop, no experience is needed!

Cathereena is a dancer and women's mentor dedicated to fostering connections between the body, heart, and soul through movement.

As the founder of Cura, she emphasizes the profound impact of dance and movement on holistic well-being. With expertise as a Basic DNA practitioner and integrative medicine therapist, Cathreena integrates her diverse skills into her work.

Dance has been a central part of Cathreena's life—she studied ballet for seven years and flamenco for eleven, during which she also taught and coached young girls and women. Currently, she practices NIA dance and holistic movement, holding both white and blue belts. Through her work, Cathreena inspires healing and self-discovery through movement.
