Nir is a certified transpersonal psychotherapist (Eurotas) specializing in psychedelic integration. He serves as the director of education at Impulse - Integrative Clinical Center, where he leads the Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Integration certificate program, and is co-founder of Safe Shore - a psychedelic harm reduction project that has more than 150 active volunteers. He is trained in Jungian Psychotherapy (Bar Ilan University), Hakomi body-centered psychotherapy (The Hakomi Institute), holds a Master's in Consciousness, Spirituality and Transpersonal Psychology (Middlesex University), and is a certified Holotropic Breathwork facilitator (Grof Legacy Training – Holos, Czech Republic).

For the past 9 years, Nir has been working extensively with individuals who are interested in weaving their non-ordinary states into their daily life. His practice encompasses working with individuals navigating challenging psychedelic experiences and spiritual emergencies, as well as supporting families of people dealing with acute mental crisis. He also works with those who have experienced trauma or abuse in underground psychedelic therapy settings.

Through his work with Safe Shore, he has trained more than 1200 psychedelic harm reduction sitters and supported hundreds of individuals dealing with challenging psychedelic experiences at parties and festivals.
