The Dao of Yoga with Rafael Chaman


After many years of devoted practice and extensive pilgrimages around the world, my practice found a systematic way that I like to call The Dao of Yoga.

A deep and Conscious flow to explore and cultivate embodiment and awareness. Drawing from different Systems and methods of Yoga and Qigong, influenced by Tantric and Daoist Philosophies, and flavored by the beauty of the Indigenous ways. The Dao of yoga honours and respects tradition but never gets set into one form, embracing all as one same living organism:

always changing, always evolving, always adapting.

Tradition teaches us discipline, patience, and the depth of breath, while modern approaches bring adaptability, biomechanics, and new ways to explore movement. The Dao of Yoga combines both; allowing us to honour the roots while embracing growth. It’s about balance – respecting where we come from while staying open to where we’re going.

It is an opportunity to create internal space, so ancestral memory can arise through the silent wisdom that will be available to us. Through direct experience, we will understand the essence and importance of spiritual practice, as well as the tremendous power & responsibility that comes with it.
