I fluidly navigate between various disciplines, embodying a true symbiosis of body and mind. From the age of 8, I developed a passion for hip-hop dance, which became my gateway to the world of performance. Over time, I expanded my skills to include other styles, leading me to participate in various stage creations.
Always in search of new ways to explore movement, I dedicate myself to other practices such as yoga, surfing, swimming, and muscle building, further strengthening my deep connection to my body.
With my experience teaching dance, I chose to move away from fixed choreography to focus on guiding free and authentic movement, particularly after completing an introductory training in dance therapy.
I am also a musician, singer-songwriter, and performer, working on my project Nalu(www.nalusound.com).

This is a journey for anyone yearning to come home to themselves, to feel more grounded, open, and alive in their own skin.
We will close in stillness, wrapped in the resonance of a live musical experience — an offering designed to nourish every cell with calm and love.
It is the art of feeling and fully inhabiting one's body. It is the attentive listening to every movement, every breath, where the mind connects with the body to reveal the harmony between the inner and outer worlds. It transforms every gesture into a delicate dance, a sensory journey that explores presence, balance, and the vital energy that animates us.
This practice releases physical and mental blockages. It allows one to connect with oneself and explore in complete authenticity. My guidance is gentle and caring and is based on various practices (dance, yoga, meditation, music, etc.)
